We are looking to recruit a secretary to join our Private Client department:

The main duties will include:

  • General secretarial duties
  • Audio Typing
  • Maintaining case files
  • Liaising with Clients, external organisations and third parties
  • Arranging appointments
  • Covering Reception

Applicants must have:

  • Previous experience of working in a legal office
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to work on their own initiative

The position is a permanent full time role. 

Salary negotiable depending on experience.
